It has executed, for us, large indents in a completely satisfactory manner, and in point of fact Sir John Coode, whose Cement Specifications are of a strictness proportionate to the important part which this material plays in his marine works, entertains a high opinion of Robins' cement. We cannot believe that, in this particular instance, both our systems of Inspection and Robins' long established mode of conducting the manufacture of cement, should have failed to...
